An awareness camp was organized by the Lead Bank Officer(LBO) Ramban, here today at Maitra Community Hall to aware general public about the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna and PM Suraksha Yojna.

Resource persons from different banks briefed the audience about insurance and pension schemes launched by the central government for total inclusion of general public under insurance and pension benefits and financial inclusion.
Speaking on the occasion, Sarpanch, Parnot, Abdul Gani Choudhary and a social worker, Ramesh Sharma hailed PM for launching these insurance schemes for the secure future of common man and his or her family members. They requested everybody to get himself or herself registered in their respective banks by submitting Adhar card, in order to avail the benefits.
Lead Bank Officer M.Iliyas informed that more such camps would be organized in other blocks of the district for creating public awareness about these schemes .
He asked the beneficiaries to get their Rupee Credit cards from their respective Banks after the payment of Rs.100 to activate their accounts under Jan Dhan Yojna and avail the benefits thereof.
