Over 1.81L people register for Central Govt’s insurance schemes.
Total 1 lakh 81 thousand and 6 hundred 673 people in Hoshangabad district got registered their names for Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Suraksha Beema Yojna and Atal Pension Yojna till date. District Collector Sanket Bhondwe himself is taking interest in the mission during his official and non-official visits of rural areas and encouraging the people to fill-up the insurance forms.
In regard this, Collector Bhondwe said Central Government is running these schemes for the general public and maximum people should take the benefits of these schemes. He said that the government officials and employees should inform the rural and urban people during their visits about these schemes and encourage them to fill-up the forms.
Collector Bhondwe further informed that total 45,498 people have registered their names in Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Beema Yojna, 1, 35, 559 people have registered their names in Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Beema Yojna and 616 people have registered their names in Atal Pension Yojana.
