Poshan Vatika Yojana (Bhopal) has been started to fulfil nutritious vegetable related demand of people. Under this Yojana people will be trained to grow vegetables by using water & garbage of kitchen. Bhopal Government has decided to launch this Yojana because farmers are using Chemicals to grow their vegetables. Which harms human body.
- This Yojana will be started from CM’s house & Assembly Complex today (7th March 2017).
- Legislators in Assembly & others will be trained on 8th March 2017.
- Poshan Vatika Yojana will be started on 9th March 2017.
Under Poshan Vatika Yojana people will be encouraged towards growing vegetables organically in their own houses.
State Government is preparing a plan to eliminate malnutrition form society jus by growing nutritious vegetables in their own houses.

- Karond Trees
- Munga Trees
- Billet Trees (Bel)
- Guava Trees
- Blackberry Trees (Jamun)
- Lemon Trees (Nimbu)
- Sweet Neem Trees
Department of Women & Children Development has also organized Employment Fair. Archana Chitnis Minister of Women & Children Development has prepared a complete plan for Poshan Vatika Yojana. Department will introduce this yojana on high level to encourage people to grow more trees.
