    I have an NPS Account(PRAN Allocated)which i have subscribed privately for the sake of tax benefit. When i am opening an APY Account they are allocating me another PRAN, Asa per NPS rules an individual should have only one PRAN Account. I have tried to get details from SBI, CRA and without any help.

    Raised a greviance against CRA: They have confirmed that both are different schemes and we can contribute to both offers.

    I am really not sure what to do, What was being displayed in documents and other forms of CRA/NPS is exactly opposite to what they are conveying in greviance.

    If anyone has some relevant information on the same please share.

    Sir I have PRAN number of APY at Allahabad Bank, Bhowanipur, Kolkata , it is a monthly payment scheme, but now I want to modify the payment by 6 moth payment, is it possible? What can I do now? other thing is I want to update the PRAN by ADHAAR Card Number, The bank manager failed to update, what can I do now?

    I have filled two times application for closing Mr APY Scheme before 2 months ago. And I found that it’s service is very poor. I want solution as soon possible and I want my money is back in my account before debited next premium.

    Good evening, I am not eligible for APY as I am in armed forces. I mistakenly applied on line for APY through my ICICI bank account and it got activated. PRAN 500106445817 is relevant.

    After I realised my mistake I approached ICICI customer care. I was referred to my local bank. I approached my bank branch. But even after they forwarded my case I have received an text SMS about the next EMI deduction. I sent a request to NSDL offices at Delhi and Mumbai but have not received any response.

    Please advise and aid me in closing my APY account and stop the EMIs.

    Sir, i am already in APY scheme. But the last two months(feb,mar)they do not withdraw the amount. why?
